The Text Columns tab in the Grid at the bottom of the Main tab of the AM Asset Browser form:

Will allow you to specify the text fields to be shown in the columns of the results when the Browser Enquiry is run where the No Drill Down option is selected in the Drill Field, as detailed in the Drill Field Options section, in which case the values for each Asset will be summarised.

In the above example the No Drill Down option is selected in the Drill Field on the form and the fields in the Text Columns tab are Asset Code, Asset Description and Asset Status.  Running the Enquiry will result in these fields being displayed as columns:

Where any other option is selected in the Drill Field field as detailed in the Drill Field Options section, the fields in the Text Columns tab will be ignored and the results will drill down to the options selected in the Drill Field field:

Browser Enquiry results are further detailed in the Asset Browser Results section.

The options in the Field column for existing Lines in the Text Columns tab on the AM Asset Browser form can be changed by selecting a different option from each drop-down list.

The fields in the Field Value column on the Text Columns tab can be used to filter the Field on the results when the Browser Enquiry is run.  For example where the Field column is Asset Status, adding a value of Live to the Field Value column for the same Line will filter the results to only include Assets that have a Live status.  The Value field can include wildcards as well as dates (dates must be in the dd/mm/yyyy format).

The values in these fields can be used instead of, or in conjunction with, the Filters tab.  Values in these fields can be changed or if the field is blank new values can be added.

New Lines can be added by clicking on the  button.  A new Line will be added to the bottom of the Text Columns tab:

In the Field column of the new Line select the required option from the drop-down list.

Add a value to the Field Value column on the Line, if required.

The new Line can be removed by clicking on the  button to the left of the Line.  Any of the existing Lines on the tab can be removed by clicking on the  located to the left of the required Line.  A message will be displayed asking for confirmation that the Line is to be removed.

The buttons at the bottom of the form are the same as those detailed in the Main tab section.
