Drill Field Options

The Drill Field on the Main tab of the AM Asset Browser will define how the numeric values of the Assets will be summarised on the Browser Enquiry results as well as the drilling down levels.

The options in the Drill Field drop-down can be changed if required but can contain Analysis Codes that may be included within the Classification Code of Assets.  If you wish to use these Analysis Codes please contact a Civica Consultant.

The options in the Drill Field drop-down are as follows:

• No Drill Down: Where this option is selected the result of the Enquiry will be grouped and summarised by the columns specified in the Text Columns tab in the Grid at the bottom of the form.
• Capital Analysis: Where this option is selected the following fields will be displayed:

The result of the Enquiry will include the options selected in these fields - the columns specified in the Text Columns tab in the Grid at the bottom of the form will be ignored.

These fields are:

• Cap. Cost Code Set: The options available in this drop-down field will be a set of Capital Cost Codes that have been created for reporting purposes.  Where an option has already been selected it can be changed by selecting a different option from the drop-down list.  Where the field is blank the relevant option can be selected from the drop-down list.

The option included in this field will define the options available in the Cap. Analysis Level field detailed immediately below.

• Cap. Analysis Level: The options available in this field will be defined by the option added to the Cap. Cost Code Set field detailed immediately above.

Where an option has already been selected it can be changed by selecting a different option from the drop-down list.  Where the field is blank the relevant option can be selected from the drop-down list.

• Classification Analysis: Where this option is selected the following field will be displayed:

The result of the Enquiry will include the option selected in this field - the columns specified in the Text Columns tab in the Grid at the bottom of the form will be ignored.

This field is as follows:

• Class. Analysis Level: The options available in this drop-down field will be the Classification Analysis Level options for the Enquiry.  Where an option has already been selected it can be changed by selecting a different option from the drop-down list.  Where the field is blank the relevant option can be selected from the drop-down list.
• Revenue Analysis: Where this option is selected the following fields will be displayed:

The result of the Enquiry will include the options selected in these fields - the columns specified in the Text Columns tab in the Grid at the bottom of the form will be ignored.

• Rev. Cost Code Set: The options available in this drop-down field will be a set of Revenue Cost Centre Codes that have been created for reporting purposes.  Where an option has already been selected it can be changed by selecting a different option from the drop-down list.  Where the field is blank the relevant option can be selected from the drop-down list.

The option included in this field will define the options available in the Rev. Analysis Level field detailed immediately below.

• Rev. Analysis Level: The options available in this drop-down field will be defined by the option selected in the Rev. Cost Code Set field detailed immediately above.

Where an option has already been selected it can be changed by selecting a different option from the drop-down list.  Where the field is blank the relevant option can be selected from the drop-down list.
