The Asset Dates tab on the AM Asset Other Details screen contains the following details:
These provide details re important dates for the selected Asset Book.
These are:
- Disposal Date: Where the Asset has been disposed this field will display the disposed date. Otherwise the field will be blank. Disposals are further detailed in the Disposal section.
- Last Transfer Date: Where the Asset has been transferred this field will display the date it was last transferred. Otherwise the field will be blank. Transfers are further detailed in the Transfer section.
- Last Revaluation Date: Where the Asset has been revalued this field will display the date it was last revalued. Otherwise the field will be blank. Revaluations are further detailed in the Revaluation section.
- Performed on: This first Performed on field will display the Asset Book that the last Revaluation was performed on, where appropriate. Otherwise the field will be blank. Revaluations are further detailed in the Revaluation section.
- Last Relife Date: Where the Asset has had Relife transactions this field will display the date of the last Relief transaction. Otherwise the field will be blank. Relife transaction are further detailed in the Relife section.
- Performed on: This second Performed on field will display the Asset Book that the last Relife transaction was performed on, where appropriate. Otherwise the field will be blank. Relife transaction are further detailed in the Relife section.
- Last Split Date: Where the Asset has been split, this field will display the date of the split. Otherwise the field will be blank. Splits are further detailed in the Split section.
The field immediately underneath will contain either To or From the Asset detailed in the Asset Code field immediately below. Where the Asset has not been split these fields will be blank.
- Asset Code: Where the Asset has been split, the Asset Code it was split from or the Asset Code it was split in to will be displayed in this field. Where the Asset has not been split, this field will be blank.
- Review Date: Where a Review Date has been added to the Asset when it was created or when creating a Relife transaction for the Asset, it will be displayed in this field.
- Next Revaluation Date: Where a Next Revaluation Date has been added to the Asset when it was created or revalued it will be displayed in this field.
