View Changes

When creating an Assert clicking on the  button on the Main tab of the AM Asset Maintenance form, as detailed in the Creating Assets section, will detail certain changes made to the Asset.

When amending an Asset clicking on this button on the Main tab of the AM Asset Maintenance form, as detailed in the Amending Assets section, will also allow you to view these changes.

The AM Find Changes to Asset screen will be displayed:

The details in the Grid can be filtered by adding dates to the  fields and clicking on the  button.

Clicking on the  button will remove these dates as well as the Grid at the bottom of the form.  The  button will be replaced with a  button.  Add date details if required and click on the  and the Grid will be redisplayed with the relevant details.
