The Options tab of the AM Asset Browser form contains the following fields and options:
The options on the tab are as follows:
- Name: This field will display the name of the Browser Enquiry and cannot be changed.
- Description: This field will display the description of the Browser Enquiry and cannot be changed on this tab. It can be changed on the Main tab.
- Global Enquiry: This option will be selected where the scope of the Enquiry to be set to global. Where selected the User Group field, which is detailed immediately below, will not be displayed on the form. This option can be selected or deselected as required.
- User Group: This field will only be displayed where the Global Enquiry option, as detailed immediately above, is not selected. Where a User Group option is included in this field, the Enquiry will only be available only to Users in this User Group - no other Users will have access to the Enquiry. The option can be changed to a different User Group, if required, by selecting a different option from the drop-down list. Where the field is blank a User Group can be added by selecting an option from the drop-down list.
Where the Global Enquiry option is not selected and a User Group is not added, the Enquiry will be local to the User.
