Matching Transactions Enquiry (Readonly)

The CB Matching Transactions Enquiry (Readonly) form can be opened by clicking on the link in the Match Key column on the Grid on various forms and screens within the Cashbook Management module.

The CB Matching Transactions Enquiry (Readonly) form will open:

The Grid at the bottom of the form is divided into two section - the section on the left shows the Statement Line that has been matched and the section on the right the System Transaction that has been matched.

As this is a Read Only form no changes can be made to the fields on the form or to the Lines in the Grid.

• Statement Lines Amount: Clicking on the link in the Amount column in the Statement Lines section of the Grid will open the CB Statement Line Enquiry (Readonly) form, which provides further details of the Statement Line.  This form is further detailed in the Statement Line Enquiry (Readonly) section.
• System Transaction Amount: Clicking on the link in the Amount column in the System Transaction section of the Grid will open the CB System Transaction Enquiry (Readonly) form, which provides further details of the transaction.  This form is further detailed in the System Transaction Enquiry (Readonly) section.

Clicking on the  button will open the CB Reconciliation Enquiry (Readonly form), which provides further details on the reconciliation.  This form is further detailed in the Reconciliation Enquiry (Read Only) section.
