Export Bundles

Clicking on the  option will open the Export Bundle form allowing you to export the Bundle:

Where Sections are included in the Bundle, these will be displayed together with the documents that have been added to them.

Select the items that are to be included in the export

This can be individual documents by clicking in the tick box next to the relevant documents:

Or all the documents in a Section can be selected by clicking on the tick box next to the Section:

The other options available are:

• PDF: This option will be selected by default and where selected will export the Bundle as a PDF.
• ZIP: Selecting this option will create a ZIP file that contains the Bundle.  Where this option is selected the adjacent field will become available and a password to access the ZIP file can be added, if required.

Clicking on the  option will close the form and the Bundle will not be exported.

Clicking on the button will export the Bundle into a ZIP file where this option was selected or open the Bundle as a PDF.
