Bank Account User Enquiry

The CB Bank Account User Enquiry screen can be accessed by selecting the link in the Users column on the CB Bank Account Enquiry form as detailed in the Bank Account Enquiry section:

The CB Bank Account Users Enquiry screen will open:

This screen provides basic details of the Bank Account as well as the Users that have access to the Bank Account including their access rights.

Where the Read option is ticked, the User will have read-only access to the Bank Account.

Where both the Read and Update options are ticked, the User will be able to access and amend the Bank Account details.

To view the Users that have access to a different Bank Account add the code of the required Bank Account to the Bank Account Code field and click on the  button.

Clicking on the  button will open the Audit Info screen providing audit details of the Bank Account.  This screen is further detailed in the Audit Info section.
