Statement Interface Enquiry

Interfaces are used to load Bank Statements and the CB Statement Interface Enquiry form allows you to make enquiries on these Interfaces.

This form can be accessed by selecting the Cashbook Management menu option on the Financials main menu:

Then the CB Transaction Enquiries menu option:

Then the CB Statement Interface Enquiry menu option:

The CB Statement Interface Enquiry form will open:

Add the required Statement Interface reference to the File Reference field and click on the  button.  This will add the Statement Interface details to the bottom of the form.

Alternatively click on the Find File Reference button located to the right of the File Reference field: .  This will open the CB Find Interfaces form allowing you to search for and select the required Statement Interface.  This form is further detailed in the Find Interface section.  Once selected the details of the Statement Interface will be added to the bottom of the CB Statement Interface Enquiry form.

Adding a different Statement Interface reference in the File Reference field and clicking on the  button will replace the details at the bottom of the form with the details of the new Statement Interface.

The following buttons are displayed:

• : This button will be enabled where the selected Statement Interface has a status of Ready for Loading.  Clicking on this button will load the statement and the status of the Statement Interface will changed to Loaded.
• : This button will be enabled where:

• The Statement Interface has a status of Ready for Loading, or
• The Statement Interface has a status of Loaded but has not yet been matched and the user has the relevant permissions to be able to cancel the Statement.

• : Clicking on this button will open the CB Statement Interface Details Enquiry screen, providing transactional details of the Statement Interface.  This form is further detailed in the Statement Interface Details Enquiry section.
• : Clicking on this button will open the CB Statement Headers Enquiry form for the selected File Reference.  This form is further detailed in the Statement Headers Enquiry section.

• : Clicking on this button will open the Audit Info screen providing audit details for the Statement Interface.  This screen is further detailed in the Audit Info section.

• : Clicking on this button will allow you to add or view a Note with regard to the Statement Interface.  If there is an existing note for the Statement Interface the button will be displayed as .  Notes are further detailed in the Notes section.
