Maintaining Suspense Reversal Journals

Suspense Reversal Journals can be maintained via the GL Suspense Reversal Journal form.  This can be accessed from the Financials menu by selecting General Ledger > GL Journals > GL Standard Journals:

To view an existing Journal add the Journal number to the  field.  Alternatively clicking on the Find Journal button located next to the Journal No field,  will open a window version of the GL Find Journal Header form that will allow you to search for and select the required Journal.

This form is further detailed in the Find Journal Header section.  The selected Journal will be added to the  field.

Clicking on the  button will open the Journal.

Once the Journal has been loaded or selected and it has a status of , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Suspense Reversal Journal (ReadOnly) form.  This form is further detailed in the Viewing Suspense Reversals Journals section.

If the Journal that has been loaded or selected has a status of  or , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Suspense Reversal Journal form.  This form is further detailed in the Amending Suspense Reversal Journals section.
