General Ledger Journals can be accessed by selecting General Ledger option on the Financials menu:

- GL Periodic Template: Selecting this option will allow you to view a Periodic Template or create a new Periodic Template. This is further detailed in the Periodic Templates section.
- GL Authorise Journals: Selecting this option will allow you to search for and authorise Journals and is further detailed in the Authorise Journals section.
- GL Reversal Journal: Selecting this option will allow you to view a Reversal Journal or create a new Journal. This is further detailed in the Reversal Journals section.
- GL Standard Journal: selecting this option will allow you to view an existing Journal or create a new Journal. This is further detailed in the Standard Journals section
- GL Suspense Reversal Journal: selecting this option will allow you to view an existing Suspense Reverse Journal or create a new Journal. This is further detailed in the Suspense Reversal Journal section.
- GL Find Journal Header: selecting this option will allow you for and view a variety of Journals. This is further detailed in the GL Find Journal Header section.
- GL Periodic Journals Find/Generation: selecting this option will allow you to search for a GL Periodic Journal. This is further detailed in the GL Periodic Journals Find/Generation section.
