Maintaining Budgets

Budgets can be maintained via the GL Budget Maintenance Find form.  This is accessed via the Financials menu by selecting General Ledger > GL Budgets and then the GL Budget Maintenance option:

This will open the GL Budget Maintenance Find form:

This form will allow you to search for a Budget.  Add the required criteria to the form, including adding relevant filters.  

Please note: Only select the  tick box if you wish to create a new Budget - this is detailed in the Creating Budgets section.  To maintain an existing Budget ensure that this tick box is not selected.

Click on the  button.  A Grid will be displayed at the bottom of the screen and will include Budgets that meet the search criteria:

The following button are also displayed:

Clicking on the Details link within the first column on the left of the Grid:

Will open the GL Budget Maintenance form displaying the periodic details for the selected Budget.  This is further detailed in the Budget Maintenance Form section.

Clicking on the Amend link within the second column on the left of the Grid:

Will open a GL Budget (Amend) form, which is further detailed in the Budget (Amend) Form section.
