Ledger Code Search

The CR Ledger Code Search form is accessed by clicking on the Find Ledger Code button located to the right of the GL Code field, , on the various forms and screens throughout the Creditors module.

The CR Ledger Code Search form will open:

This form allows you to search for and select the required Ledger Code.

Add the relevant search criteria to the fields on the form as required.

Clicking on the  button will remove any search criteria added, the fields will revert to their default values allowing you to add fresh search criteria.

Click on the  button and a Grid will be displayed at the bottom of the form with Ledger Codes that meet the search criteria - if no further search criteria is added all available Ledger Codes will be displayed in the Grid:

To select a Ledger Code click on the required link in the Code column:

The Ledger Code will be added to the GL Code on the form or screen where the Find Ledger Code button,  . was selected.
