Please note: The Creditors module has been used in this section to describe the Reporting functionality but this functionality is exactly the same for all modules in the Education FinancialsLIVE product.
Once the required options have been selected, as detailed in the Export Options, Print Options and/or the Grid Options sections, the Report can be run by clicking on the
button at the bottom of the CR Job Request form:

The following buttons are also available:
: Click on this button to clear all the fields and remove any Grids at the bottom of the form. The original form will be displayed allowing you to select another Report to run.
: Clicking on this button will open the CR Report Viewer form providing details of the current Report that is running, or has just completed, in the Grid at the bottom of the form:

The following buttons are available on this form:
: Clicking on this button will update the details of the job on the Grid, e.g. the job may finish resulting in the Job Status changing to Complete and may allow you to view the Report by adding a View link in the Attached Report section.
: Changing the search criteria on the form and clicking on this button will refresh the Grid to include jobs that meet the new search criteria.
: Clicking on this button will remove the Grid and allow you to add new search criteria to the form so you can perform a fresh search.

: Clicking on this button will open the CR Find Report Field form allowing you to add more fields as criteria to the Report. This button and this form is further detailed in the Grid Options section.
: Clicking on this button will check the criteria and allow you to preview the criteria that has been added to the Report, which is further detailed in the Grid Options section.
