Reporting How to Guide

Each module within Financials, e.g. Creditors, Debtors, General Ledger, Cashbook Management and Asset Management, contains a Reporting menu that allows you to run and view Reports.

The Job Request option allows you to run Reports and is further detailed in the Running Reports section.

The Report Viewer option allows you to view Reports that are running or have been completed, and is further detailed in the Report Viewer section.

Functionality is available within FinancialsLIVE that can control access to Reports, including whether Reports can be modified, so that only defined Users can access, run and modify certain Reports.

This is done via Report Master Groups, which is further detailed in the Controlling Access to Reports section.
