Find GL Bank Account

The CB Find GL Banks Account form will allow you to search for and selected the required GL Bank Account.

This form can be accessed by clicking on the Find GL Bank Account button that is located to the right of the GL Bank Account Code field;  on the CB GL Bank Accounts form, as detailed in the Amending/Viewing GL Bank Accounts section.

This will open the CB Find GL Bank Accounts form:

Add the relevant search criteria to the fields on the form as required.

Please note: if you have accessed the form via the  button on the CB Bank Account form, the Bank Account field will be populated with the bank details from the CB Bank Account form, but these can be changed by selecting a different option from this drop-down field.

Clicking on the  button will remove any search criteria added, the fields will revert to their default values allowing you to add fresh search criteria.

Click on the  button and a Grid will be displayed at the bottom of the form with GL Bank Accounts that meet the search criteria - if no search criteria is added all GL Bank Accounts will be displayed in the Grid:

New search criteria can be added and clicking on the  button will refresh the lines in the Grid with GL Bank Accounts that meet the new search criteria.

Clicking on the  button will clear the fields on the form, which will revert to their default values, and will also now remove the Grid.

Select a GL Bank Account by clicking on the link in the GL Bank Account Code column in the Grid:

You will then be returned to the CB GL Bank Accounts form and the selected GL Bank Account details will be added to the fields on this form.
