Asset Registration Requests

Assets Registration Requests are created when a Creditor PO Invoice or Sundry Invoice is completed and a Line on the Invoice has the Asset option selected:

These are requests to create an Asset in the AM Asset Management module for the product that has been purchased via these invoices.

These request can be dealt with on the AM Registration Requests menu, which can be accessed by selecting the Financials option on the Financials Web Main Menu:

The following menu options will be available:

These options are:

• AM Registration Request Enquiry: This option will allow you to enquire on Asset Registration Requests and reject them individually or in bulk.  It will also allow you to view individual Requests and accept it by creating an Asset from the request, or reject it.  This option is further detailed in the Asset Registration Requests Enquiry section.
• AM Registration Request: This option will allow you to view individual Asset Registration Requests and create an Asset from the Asset Registration Request or reject it and is further detailed in the Viewing Registration Requests section.
