Adding New Purchase Order Lines

Clicking on the  button on a Line on the Purchase Order Amendment screen, as detailed in the Amending Purchase Orders section, will open an edit form - the type of form displayed will be dependant on the type of Product that is being edited.

New Lines can be added to a Purchase Order by selecting the relevant option in the Select Line Type field and clicking on the  button on the Purchase Order Amendment screen, as detailed in the Amending Purchase Orders section.

A form will be displayed but will be dependant on the option selected in the Select Line Type field.

The options are:

• Catalogue Item: This is further detailed in the Adding Catalogue Items section.
• Service Items: This is further detailed in the Adding Service Items section.
• Value Only Service Items: This is further detailed in the Adding Value Only Service Items section.
• Non-Standard Items: This is further detailed in the Adding Non-Standard Items section.
