Maintaining Standard Journals

Standard Journals can be maintained via the GL Standard Journal form.  This can be accessed from the Financials menu by selecting General Ledger > GL Journals > GL Standard Journals:

To view an existing Journal add the Journal number to the  field.  Clicking on the  button will open the Journal.

Alternatively clicking on the Find Journal button located next to the Journal No field,  will open the GL Find Journal Header form that will allow you to search for the required Journal.

Once the Journal has been loaded or selected and it has a status of , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Standard Journal (ReadOnly) form.  This form is further detailed in the Viewing Standard Journals section.

If the Journal that has been loaded or selected has a status of  or , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Standard Journal form.  This form is further detailed in the Amending Standard Journals section.
