Find System Transaction Header

The CB Find System Transaction Header form can be accessed selecting the Find System Transaction Header button, located to the right of the Reference field, , on the CB Manual System Transaction form, as detailed in the Amending/Viewing Manual System Transactions section.

The CB Find System Transaction Header form will be displayed:

Add and/or change the search criteria on the fields on the form.  Click on the  button and Grid will be displayed at the bottom of the form containing transactions that meet the search criteria:

New search criteria can be added to the fields on the form and clicking on the  will refresh the Grid with transactions that meet the new criteria.

Clicking on the  button will remove any search criteria added, and the fields on the form will revert to their default values.  Any Grid displayed at the bottom of the form will also be removed.  This allows you start a new search afresh.

Select the required transaction by clicking on the link in the File Reference column on the Grid:

This will add the transaction reference number to the Reference field on the CB Manual Systems Transaction form, which is further detailed in the Viewing/Amending Manuals System Transactions section.
