Find Charge Code

The DB Find Charge Code form allows you to search for a Charge Code (or Product) and can be accessed by clicking on the Find Charge Code button located to the right of the Charge Code field, , on the DB Charge Code Maintenance form as detailed in the Maintaining Charge Codes section.

The DB Find Charge Code will open:

Add search criteria to the form and click on the  button.  A Grid will be displayed at the bottom of the form listing all the Charge Codes that meet the search criteria.  Please note clicking on this button without adding any search criteria will provide a list of all Charge Codes:

Changing the search criteria on the form and clicking on the  button will refresh the Grid with Charge Codes that meet the new search criteria.

Clicking on the  button will remove the Grid as well as any search criteria added to the form.  This will allow you to add new search criteria.

To select the required Charge Code, click on the link in the Charge Code Column in the Grid:

The selected Charge Code details will then be added to the form from which you selected the Find Charge Code button, , i.e. the DB Maintaining Charge Code form, as detailed in the Maintaining Charge Code section or the DB Charge Code Enquiry form, as detailed in the Charge Code Enquiry section.
