The Debtors module can be found by selecting the Debtors option on the Financials menu:

- DB Account Maintenance: Selecting this option will allow you to create and maintain Debtor records. This is further detailed in the Maintaining Debtors section.
- DB Debtors Admin: Selecting this option will allow you to create and maintain Charge Codes. This is further detailed in the Charge Code Maintenance section.
- DB Enquiries: Selecting this option will allow you to make certain enquiries within the Debtors module. This is further details in the Debtor Enquiry section.
- DB Reporting: Selecting this option will allow you to run Reports as well as view Reports that are currently running or have completed. General information on running Reports is further detailed in the Reporting How to Guide. Standard Reports that are available in the Debtors module is further detailed in the Debtor Reports section.
- DB Vouchers: Selecting this option will allow you to create a Credit Note or a Sales Invoice for a Debtor. These are further detailed in the DB Vouchers section.
- DB Adjustments: Selecting this option will allow you to make certain adjustments. This is further detailed in the Debtor Adjustments section.
- DB Payments: Selecting this option will allow you to add a manual payment for a Debtor as well run Direct Debits. This is further detailed in the Debtor Payments section.
