Filter Statement Lines

The Statement Lines displayed on the Grid at the bottom of the CB Manual Reconciliation form:

Can be filtered by adding filter criteria to the fields on the Filter Statement section located to the left of the form:

Filtering details in the Grid will make it easier to find the Statement Lines to match to the System Transactions.

The following functionality is available:

• Clicking on the Find Statement Source Code button located to the right of the Source field, , will open the CB Find Statement Source Code form, allowing you to search for and select the required Statement Source Code.  This form is further detailed in the Find Statement Source Code section.
• Clicking on the Extra Details tick box in the Filter Statement section of the form and clicking on  the  button will add extra fields to the Statement Lines section on the Grid:

To remove these fields deselect the Extra Details tick box and click on the  button.

• The Max Records field on the form, which will default to 100, will determine the maximum number of Statement Lines that are displayed on the Grid.  This can be changed by selecting a different option from this drop-down field.  Where the number of Statement Lines exceed this amount, a message will be displayed at the top of the form:

• Selecting a column option from the Sort Column drop-down field and clicking on the  button will sort the Statement Lines in the Grid by that column.

Add filter criteria to the Filter Statement section and click on the  button - the Statement Lines section on the Grid will refresh to include the Statement Lines that meet the filter criteria.

Please note: Clicking on the  button will have the same affect as clicking on the  but will refresh the whole form as well as the details in the Grid to take into account all changes, e.g. details added to the Filter System section on the form.

Clicking on the  button will remove any filter criteria added to the fields in the Filter Statement section on the form, allowing you to add fresh filter criteria, or once the  button has been selected clicking on the  button will display the original Grid details.

Please note: Clicking on the  button will have the same effect as the  button but will also clear the filter criteria added to the Filter System section on the form, i.e. it will clear all filter criteria.
