Commitment Level Enquiry

The GL Commitment Level Enquiry form provides Commitment details for the Budget, which is detailed on the Grid at the bottom of the form:

Where there are a lot of Lines in the Grid, you will be able to filter them by adding criteria to the fields on the form and clicking on the  button. The Grid will refresh and include Lines that meet the new criteria.

Clicking on the  button will clear any criteria added to the fields on the form and remove the Grid.  This will allow you to add fresh criteria.

Please note: Selecting the  tick box will display the following options on the form:

The Grid at the bottom of the form has links in the following columns:

• Jnl No:

Clicking on the link in this column will open the GL Journal Enquiry screen, providing details of the Journal.  This form is further detailed in the Journal Enquiry section.

• Rec:

Clicking on the Recode link in this column will open the GL Commitment Recode form, allowing you to recode the Commitment Journal.  This form is further detailed in the Commitment Recode section.

• Ledger Code: This link will only be available for Commitments Journals that have been recoded.  Recoding Commitment Journals are further detailed in the Commitment Recode section.

Clicking on the link in the Ledger Code column will open the GL Recoded Enquiry form:

Clicking on the link in the Journal No column:

Will open the GL Journal Enquiry screen, which is further detailed in the Journal Enquiry section.

• Amend: Clicking on the link in this column:

will open the GL Amend Journal form, which is further detailed in the Amending Journals section.
