Viewing Reversal Journals

The GL Reversal Journal (ReadOnly) form displays details of authorised Reversal Journals:

Please note: a Page View version of the form may be displayed instead where there are a substantial number of Lines in the Grid at the bottom of the form.  In this version there will be more than one page available on the Grid and the functionality will be the same as detailed below.

As the form is Read Only the details displayed are for information only - you will not be able to make any changes to this form.

The following buttons are available:

• : Clicking on this button will return you to the original version of the GL Reversal Journal form, which will allow you to create a new Reversal Journal or search for, view and amend an existing one.
• : Clicking on this button will open the GL Journal Lines screen that will provide further details of the lines on the Grid.  This form is further detailed in the Journal Lines section.
• : Clicking on this button will open the Audit Info screen providing audit details on the Journal.  This screen is further detailed in the Audit Info section.

• : Clicking on this button will allow you to add a note to the Journal.  Where this button is displayed as  there are existing notes that can be viewed.  Notes are further detailed in the Notes section.
