The GL Transaction Level Enquiry form provides details of the actual spend. This is detailed on the Grid at the bottom of the form.
You can filter the lines on the Grid by adding search criteria to the fields on the form and clicking on the button. This will refresh the Grid and items that meet the new search criteria will be displayed in the Grid.

Clicking on the button will remove the Grid and any search criteria that has been added to the fields on the form. This will allow you to add fresh search criteria - a
will also be available that when selected will create a Grid at the bottom of the form with lines that meet the fresh search criteria.
There are links available in the following columns on the Grid at the bottom of the form:
Clicking on a link on this column will open the GL Journal Enquiry screen providing further details on the Journal. This form is further detailed in the Journal Enquiry section
Clicking on the Recode link (if available) in this column will open the GL Journal Recode form, which will allow you to recode the journal. This is further detailed in the Journal Recode section.
Clicking on the Amend link will open the GL Amend Journal form, as detailed in the Amending Journals section.
