Maintaining Suspense Reversal Commitments

Suspense Reversal Commitment Journals can be viewed and maintained via the GL Suspense Reversal Commitment form  This form can be accessed from the Financials menu by selecting General Ledger > GL Commitment Journals > GL Suspense Reversal Commitments:

To view an existing Suspense Reversal Commitments Journal add the Journal number to the  field.   Alternatively clicking on the Find Journal button located next to the Journal No field,  will open the GL Find Journal Header form that will allow you to search for and select the required Suspense Reversal Commitment Journal.  Once selected the Journal will be added to the .

Click on the  button to open the Journal.

Once the Suspense Reversal Commitment Journal has been opened or selected and it has a status of , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Suspense Reversal Commitment (ReadOnly) form.  This form is further detailed in the Viewing Suspense Reversal Commitments section.

If the Reversal Commitment Journal that has been opened or selected has a status of  or , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Suspense Reversal Commitment form.  This form is further detailed in the Amending Suspense Reversal Commitments section.
