Maintaining Standard Commitments

Standard Commitment Journals can be viewed and maintained via the GL Standard Commitment form  This form can be accessed from the Financials menu by selecting General Ledger > GL Commitment Journals > GL Standard Commitments:

To view an existing Commitments Journal add the Journal number to the  field.  Click on the  button will open the Commitment Journal.

Alternatively clicking on the Find Journal button located next to the Journal No field,  will open the GL Find Journal Header form that will allow you to search for the required Commitment Journal:

Once the Commitment Journal has been opened or selected and it has a status of , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Standard Commitment (ReadOnly) form.  This form is further detailed in the Viewing Standard Commitments section.

If the Commitment Journal that has been opened or selected has a status of  or , the Journal details will be displayed on the GL Standard Commitment form.  This form is further detailed in the Amending Standard Commitments section.
