Income and Expenditure Without Commitments Summary

The Income and Expenditure Without Commitments Summary Report provides Income and Expenditure Full Year and Year-to-Date summary totals for a specified Year but will exclude Commitments.

The Report will display the Budget Full Year, the Budget Year-To-Date, Spend Year-to-date, Year-to-Date Left to Spend, Full Year Left to Spend and % Incurred to Date.

The Year-to-Date Left to Spend value is the Budget Year-to-Date amount less the Spend Year-to-Date amount.  The % Incurred to Date figure is the amount spent so far, i.e. the Spend Year-to-Date amount, as a percentage of the amount that should have been spent so far, i.e. the Budget Year-to-Date amount.

This is similar to the Income and Expenditure Summary Report but excludes Commitment information.

It is also similar to the Income and Expenditure Without Commitments Detail Report but only displays summary totals.

Where the Report is to include details for the full year, the last Period for the year should be added , i.e. 12.
