Goods Received Notes Details

The Good Received Note Details screen can be accessed by clicking on the link on the GRN Number column in the Grid of the GR Enquiry form, as detailed in Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) Enquiry section.

The Good Received Note Details screen will open providing more details on the selected GRN:

Two links are available on the Grid at the bottom of screen:

These are:

• PO No: Clicking on the link in the Po No column will open the Purchase Order Line Details screen that provides more details on the Line:

Click on the  button to close the screen.

• Requisition No: Clicking on this button will open the Requisition Enquiry form and the Requisition details for the selected item will displayed in the Grid at the bottom of this form:

Clicking on the  button will close the form and return you to the Purchasing Order Details screen.

Please note: you will not be able to search for other Requisitions on this version of the form.

There following links are available in the Grid:

These are

• Number: Clicking on the link in the Number column will open the Requisition Line Details screen, which further detailed in the Requisition Line Detail section.
• Line Status: This link will not be available if the Line Status is N/A.  Clicking on this link will open the Purchase Order Details screen, which is further detailed in the Purchase Order Details section.
• With: Clicking on this link will open the Approval Status screen, which is further detailed in the Approval Status section.
