The Budget List Report provides summary information on a Budget compared to a Period for a specified Year.

The Period used will be as per the current Period.  For example where the current Period is Period 4 and the Report is run with a 2019 Year, the Budget information displayed will be for 2019 and the Period information displayed will be for Period 4 in 2019.

To run the Report the following options should be added to these fields on the GL Job Request form:

Click on the  button and the following Parameters and Criteria will be displayed in a Grid at the bottom of the form:

No Criteria should be included on the Report.
