The Approval Groups maintenance screen can be accessed by selecting the CP Admin option on the Purchasing menu:

Then the CP Maintenance menu option:

Then the CP Approval Groups menu option:

This will open the Approval Groups form:

The following buttons are available:
: Adding search criteria to the fields on this screen and clicking on this button will result in a Grid being displayed at the bottom of the screen. This Grid will include Approval Groups that meet the search criteria. Clicking on this button without adding any search criteria will provide a list of all Approval Groups:

There are two links available on this Grid:

These links are:
- Code: Clicking on the link on this column will open the Approval Group - Edit screen, allowing you to delete or amend the details of the Group:

- Band: Clicking on the link in this column will open the Approval Band - Edit screen, allowing you to make changes to the Approval Bands:

: Clicking in this button on the Approval Groups screen will remove any Grid displayed at the bottom of the screen and will clear any search criteria that has been added. The fields will refer to their default option.
: Clicking on this button will open the Add New Approval Group screen allowing you to create a new Group:
