Adding via the Requisition Menu

To add a Catalogue Product to a Requisition from the Requisition menu select the CP Requisitions option on the Purchasing menu:

Then select the CP Enter Requisition menu option:

The Add Requisitions screen will then be displayed:

Selection the relevant item in the Requisition Classes section:

Product Classes will then be displayed:

Product Classes will be displayed on the bottom part of the Product Classes section.

Select a Product Class and the Products linked to the Product Class will be displayed including Catalogue Products

This columns on the Grid are:

In the QTY field add the quantity needed for each Product - more than one Product can be added to the Requisition at the same time.

Click on the  button and the Requisition Review screen will be displayed.  This will allow you to review the items that have been added to the Requisition.  This screen is further detailed in the Requisition Review section.
