Find Ledger Code Enquiry

The GL Ledger Code Enquiry Find window allows you to search for an existing Ledger Code Enquiry and can be accessed by clicking on the Find Code Level Enquiry button   on the GL Ledger Code Enquiry form as detailed in the Ledger Code Enquiry section.

This will open the GL Ledger Code Enquiry Find window:

Add search criteria to the field on the form and click on the  button.  A Grid will be added to the bottom of the form and will include Enquiries that meet the search criteria:

Changing or adding new search criteria and clicking on the  button will refresh the Grid with Enquiries that meet the new search criteria.

Clicking on the  button will remove the Grid and also clear any search criteria that has been added to the fields on the form.  This will allow you to add fresh search criteria.

Select the required Enquiry by clicking on the link in the Name column:

This will add the details of the Enquiry to the GL Ledger Code Enquiry form.
